Hi! Welcome and thankyou. I've been passionate about food and nutrition for as long as I can remember and seen first hand in my own health (and now my daughters) the flow on effect our dietary choices can make on how we think, behave, what food we naturally crave and our mood. I've previously owned Adelaide first and only plant-based meal delivery business, and a lived journey of navigating picky eating with my own daughter, I know how overwhelming it can feel and I've seen first hand the impact of poor gut health.
